# How to join the Early Access program

Our Early Access program gives you the opportunity to try new features before they're made generally available. This program allows you to provide feedback and help shape the future of Kustomer.

### What is the Early Access program?

The Early Access program provides access to:

*   New features currently in development
*   Beta versions of upcoming tools
*   Experimental functionality for testing and feedback

**Note:** All Early Access features are free to try during this program. Participation is subject to the Beta Service terms in the [terms & conditions](http://kustomer.com/legal/terms).

### How to enable early access

To join the Early Access Program, go to **Settings > Administration > Organization** and turn on the toggle.

### What happens next?

Once you turn on the **Early Access** toggle, new features will automatically appear in your organization and be ready for use. 

### Important considerations

Before enabling Early Access, please note:

*   Features may be incomplete or contain bugs.
*   Some features might change significantly before final release.
*   Performance may vary as features are still in development.

### Turn off early access

If you want to opt out of the program, return to **Settings > Administration > Organization** and turn off the toggle. The early access features listed will be removed from your organization.
